Watermelon & Kiwi Chia Pudding

This chia pudding is super fast to prep in the evenings for a nutritious on-the-go breakfast. Using watermelon as the base makes for a refreshing treat in the summer heat while chia seeds are packed with omega-3’s and fiber to start your day off right!

Serving Information

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 cup watermelon, seedless
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 T lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • Zest from half a lime
  • 2 kiwis, diced


  1. Blend watermelon and lime juice in blender until smooth.
  2. Fold in chia seeds, lime zest, and kiwi until combined.
  3. Place in covered container and place in fridge.
  4. Allow to sit overnight and wake up to a delicious breakfast!
